| 1 Can Cream Corn |
| 1 Can Kernel Corn (drained) |
| 1 Cup Sour Cream |
| 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix |
| 1/2 Cup Butter (melted) |
| Salt and Pepper to taste |
| 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (optional) |
| Descriptions |
| Mix everything except the cheese and put into a baking dish. Top with Cheese (optional). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour or until a knife inserted comes out mostly clean. |
