| Ingredients |
| 1/2 c. applesauce |
| 2 small or medium bananas |
| 1 1/2 c. sugar |
| 2 t. vanilla |
| 1/2 c. cocoa powder ( i used dark) |
| 1 1/2 t. baking soda |
| 1/2 t. salt |
| 2 c. finely shredded zucchini ( I used 2 medium) |
| 1/2 c. chopped walnuts |
| chocolate chips as many as wanted |

| Descriptions |
| Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9X13 pan. I put all of the ingredients into the Kitchenaid and mixed until blended completely. You can mash bananas in the Kitchenaid first and then add all of the other ingredients except walnuts and chocolate chips. Add those last and fold in. Then spread into 9X13 pan and bake for 25 minutes or until brownie cake springs back when gently touched. It's a very moist cake so make sure the middle is done. |
