| 1 cup chopped tomato drained of juice |
| 2- 3 cloves garlic minced |
| 1/4 cup one diced onion |
| 1/4 C diced fresh basil |
| 2T balsamic vinegar |
| 1/4 C olive oil |
| Salt and pepper |
| Baguette bread sliced |
| Mozzarella or cheese of choice |
| Descriptions |
| Mix all ingredients except baguette and mozzarella. Place bread slices on pan and spoon filling on slices- sprinkle cheese and bake under broiler until toasted and cheese is melted. |
