| 1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix |
| 1/2 cup margarine (melted) |
| 1 egg |
| 2 C powdered sugar |
| 1/4 C crisco |
| 1/2 t. vanilla |
| 1 egg white |

| 'Heat oven to 350*F. Mix all cookie ingredients (cake mix,margarine and egg) and shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 9-13 min. Cool 1 min. and remove from sheet to cool completely. Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar,crisco,vanilla,and egg white. Beat with mixer untill creamy. Spread a heaping teaspoon between 2 cookies. (24 sandwiches)' |
