| 6 drops hot sauce |
| 3/4 tsp salt |
| 3/4 tbs pepper |
| 3 Cups flour |
| 1 Quart dill pickles |
| Descriptions |
| 'Mix egg,milk,1T flour,worchestershire,and hot sauce- this makes the liquid portion of the dredge. Mix remaining ingredients (except pickles) to make dry half of dredge. I used whole pickles and chopped them into 1 inch rounds. Place in liquid,dry,liquid,dry. Fry in oil at 350 till golden brown.' |
