| 2 T min. Tapioca |
| 2 C tomato juice |
| 2 1/2 C (or 1/2 lb) grated cheese |
| 1 1/2 C ground dried beef |
| 1/8 t. pepper |
| 1/4 t mustard |
| 1/4 t worchestershire sauce |
| Descriptions |
| 'Mix tapioca and juice on the top of a double boiler. Cook 15 minutes or until tapioca is clear. Add cheese and stir to melt. Take off the heat and add the remaining ingredients,stirring well. Cool and refrigerate. When ready to serve,spread on long buns that have been cut in half and toast under a broiler until the cheese is bubbly.' |
