| 20 Ritz crackers (crushed) |
| 1/2 C chopped nuts |
| 3 egg whites |
| 1 scant cup white sugar |
| Descriptions |
| 'Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat again,then add crackers and nuts and pour into a well greased pie pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.' |
