| 2 large tart baking apples |
| 1 Cup Chopped Onions |
| 1 jar sauerkraut (drained) |
| 1/4 C sugar or sugar substitute |
| 4 pork chops |
| salt and pepper |
| Descriptions |
| 'Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops and brown in skillet. In a baking dish layer apples,then onions,then sauerkraut,then sprinkle with sugar. Place chops on top and bake covered in 350 degree oven for 1 hr 15 min. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.' |
