| 2/3 Cup Apple Juice |
| 2/3 Cup Honey |
| 1 darker beer (12 oz) |
| 1- 2 T Cajun Seasoning |
| Descriptions |
| Heat the apple juice and honey together just until the honey dissolves. Mix in the beer and cajun seasoning (it will foam.) Clean and pat down your turkey. Using a meat injector inject the turkey all over with the solution. Higher numbers of smaller injections works best. Bake as normally directed. The remaining broth can be used to gravy. My suggestion is to reduce the broth prior to making the gravy in order to intensify the flavors. |
