| 1 C white sugar |
| 1 C brown sugar |
| 1 C shortening |
| 2 beaten eggs |
| 2 C flour |
| 1 t Baking soda |
| 1 t Baking powder |
| 1 t vanilla |
| 1/2 t salt |
| 1 C cocoanut |
| 1/2 C chopped nuts |
| 1 C quick cooking oats |
| Descriptions |
| Blend sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake 8 minutes at 375. |
