| 1/4 C Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 C Chopped Walnuts |
| 1/2 C Melted Butter |
| 2 Egg Whites |
| 1 C Sugar |
| 2 C Sliced Strawberries |
| 2 T Lemon Juice |
| 1 C Whipped Cream |
| Descriptions |
| 'Mix flour,brown sugar,walnuts,and butter. Bake in shallow pan at 350 for 20 minutes,stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Combine egg whites,sugar,berries and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for about 10 minutes and then fold in whip cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze for 6 hours. (If using frozen,thawed berries reduce sugar to 2/3 Cup)' |
