| 2 T cornstarch |
| 1 C crushed cornflakes |
| 1/2 C brown sugar |
| 1 C cocoanut |
| 3/4 Stick margarine |
| 1/2 C chopped nuts |
| Descriptions |
| 'Mix potatoes,margarine,eggs,milk,cinnamon,and cornstarch (dissolved in a small amount of the milk). Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over casserole. Bake at 350 for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.' |
