| 1 T. margarine |
| 3 zucchini (2 inch thick) |
| 1 C. hamburger |
| 1- 8oz can tomato |
| 1/4 C. grated parmesan |
| salt and pepper |
| 3 T onion |
| 1/4 C. celery |
| Descriptions |
| Cook zucchini for 3 min. Cut in halves lengthwise. Scoop out pulp. Salt and pepper. Melt margarine and add celery and meat. Cook to lightly brown add pulp and tomato sauce. Stuff mixture in zucchini. Place in a shallow pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 375 for 30 min. |
