| 1- 10 oz package broccoli (chopped) |
| 1 small box instant rice |
| 1/2 C. onion- chopped |
| 1/2 C. celery |
| '1/4 lb oleo or butter,melted' |
| 1-8oz jar cheese whiz |
| 1 can cream of mushroom |
| Descriptions |
| 'Prepare rice and broccoli according to package directions. Saute onions and celery in small amount of fat in skillet. Combine sauted vegetables,rice,butter,and brocoli. Melt cheese whiz in soup and add 1/2 C. water in sauce pan,stir in broccoli mixture blending well. Spoon into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.' |
