| 1 stick margarine |
| 1 box pdr sugar |
| 1 C pecans |
| Descriptions |
| 'Sift flour with soda,baking powder,salt and cinnamon. Combine sugar and oil,beating well. Add carrots. Beat in 1 egg at a time. add dry ingredients and pecans. Beat well. Bake at 325 for 1 hour,10 min. Cream cream cheese,margarine and powdered sugar. Add pecans and frost cooled cake.' |
