| 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese |

| Descriptions |
| 'Thinly slice potatoes and place in greased 2 Q. baking dish. In saucepan,heat butter,onion,salt,thyme,and pepper until butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes. Cover and bake at 425 for 45 min. or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake uncovered,15 min. longer or until cheese melts.' |
